ERICA NEWELL 

Erica was born in Manchester, Jamaica. Being from a musical family Erica’s talent came naturally. She started talking piano lessons at age 4 and by age 15 she was performing professionally. 

Erica is popularly known worldwide for her role as vocalist with the Platinum selling, Grammy award winning Reggae group Ziggy Marley & The Melody Makers. This phenomenal singer has worked with many of the industry's top artists In Gospel, Reggae, Rock, Afro Beat, Hip Hop and R&B.

To the ultimate joy of her fans worldwide, Erica is in the process of producing her first solo album titled My Day. This long awaited album reflects this dynamic artists musical versatility and embodies a mixture of her soulful and energetic spirit. Erica’s voice has been described as soulful Rastafunky, Erica simply says “ I sing from my heart”. 

On the new T.O.W album Erica and Al perform a classic oldies from the mid ‘60’s reminiscing the sixties sound with a 2011 flavor. Erica brings enthusiasm and excitement to the crowd when she performs adding so much energy to T.O.W’s new material and golden oldies catalog.
